Since 1989 our company has stood amongst the industry’s leading experts in custom CNC machining for the global aerospace sector. We are continuously expanding our capabilities and integrating some of the latest, most cutting-edge manufacturing technologies available. Our 114,000 sq.-ft facility currently utilizes over 35 CNC machines including a new line of 5-axis Okuma milling and turning centers integrated with an automated 24-pallet Fastems System.

Phoenix Manufacturing currently manages over 600 active part numbers for its customers and is proud to maintain 0 PPM and 99% OTD for major OEM customers. Our quality system is ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP certified.

CNC Machining for Complex Aerospace Products

Our company specializes in custom CNC machining services for a wide range of precision aerospace products. Our fully-equipped CNC machine shop offers 5-axis machining, multi-tasking mill-turn solutions, as well as conventional turning, horizontal milling, and vertical milling capabilities.

Wire EDM Services for Difficult-to-Machine Applications

If conventional CNC machines aren’t up to the task of manufacturing the products at hand, our wire EDM services can tackle even the most challenging aerospace components. Offering extremely high accuracy and compatibility with many difficult-to-machine metals, our wire EDM systems add even more capability and flexibility to our CNC machining department.

Precision Aerospace Metal Cutting and Grinding

In addition to our full-service CNC machining services and wire EDM capabilities, Phoenix specializes in precision metal cutting and grinding operations. We provide waterjet cutting services and highly versatile bandsaw cutting. Our capabilities also include precision surface grinding and honing operations, all suitable for the complex designs and exacting tolerances of today’s aerospace components.

The entire Phoenix Manufacturing team, from engineering to machinist to inspector, strives to ensure uncompromising quality through all stages of production.
